Essential Information

We offer amazing value in facilities with highly trained practitioners. To be able to do this, we have to protect our appointment availability via the following refund and cancellation policy:

  • Late arrivals:  If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, to help avoid delays in treatment and extensive waiting times, we may ask you to reschedule.

  • Missed Appointments (No-Show): If you are unable to make your appointment, we respectfully ask that you notify our clinic at least 48 hours in advance by email or phone. 48 hrs notice is preferred and 24 hrs notice is required. Pls note that we have a 48 hours notice min 24 hrs or a $50 cancellation fee is charged. In addition, a course of action will be determined based on a review of your case and individual situation. You are directly responsible for payment of the no-show fee on or before your next appointment and in the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited. The no-show fee cannot be billed to your insurance company or ACC.

  • No Refund: The Health Boutique has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases if you simply change your mind. Refunds will be provided where required under New Zealand Consumer Law.

  • TXT Reminders: We will send you a TXT reminder about your appointment up to 48 hours ahead. Please confirm your appointment.


    Data collection

During a Case History we collect personal data, such as your name, address, contact numbers and email addresses. We also collect information of a medical nature. This information is used to keep you up-to-date with new services and developments, confirm your appointments and to provide you with important pre- and post-care information.


Patient confidentiality

We operate a strict code of Patient Confidentiality which is your guarantee that we will not pass your medical data on to any third party, unless legally required.


Health and safety

Children cannot accompany patients in the treatment rooms or be supervised by practitioners. Thank you for your understanding.
