Hi SJ here. Drawing on over 20 years of experience, I work with practical exercises to cleanse your energy, visualisations and meditations. I truly believe healing is limitless and that all illnesses are connected to imbalances in the physical body. These imbalances can be corrected with Energetic Healing, which can assist in many ways both physically and emotionally.
Hands on healing: Grounding and Protection
Healing is a journey, to discover the root cause of a problem. I will help you to find the root cause(s), and facilitate the ability to resolve the problem. Hands on healing: Grounding and Protection is an energy therapy. Within the session, I consciously use my hands in a heart-centered and intentional way, to support and facilitate your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
Hands on healing: Relationship
Our perceived reality and experience of relationship, the world around us and ultimately within us, living in harmony, balanced from within. Hands on healing: Relationship is concerned with the practice of how to open up and close down. Within the session we explore, allowing you the experience of what it feels like to be properly closed down, grounded and protected.
Hands on healing: Spiritual Hygiene and Maintenance
Learn to recognise when your energy needs a spring clean, how to do it, and how to maintain it. I bring your attention to how your energy is affected on a day to day basis, and why that influences how you function and feel. Within the session, we explore your relationship with energy centres, and the world around you. Deepening your understanding of grounding and protection and strengthening your auric condition. The session seeks to enable you to understand what is yours, and what is not, in a grounded and supportive environment, to empower and maintain optimum health.
